My name is Drew Cunningham, and I am the owner and founder of Arrested Images. I have been a professional photographer, marketer, and designer for over 30 years. I graduated from McMaster University [Summa Cum Laude] with a B.A. in Japanese Studies and World History. I also graduated from Fanshawe College with a post-grad certificate in Pre-Press and Design Fundamentals. I am currently based in Burlington, Ont. Canada. I was a photography stringer for Getty News Agency from 2000 to 2004, covering hard news in the greater Toronto area and abroad. My love for photography and foreign cultures has taken me to more than fifty countries on five continents. Dozens of images from these sojourns have been published in periodicals and newspapers around the globe. In 1998 I was nominated for a Canadian National Magazine Award for a photo feature I shot in Tokyo, Japan. Canadian Airlines published this six-page feature in their Inflight Magazine. I also specialize in photo retouching, photo restoration, graphic design, and the brokering of trade printing.
